Entire Unit: Guests will have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom condotel unit, including: – Bedroom 1 (Queen bed) – Bedroom 2 (Bunk bed: 1 double + 1 single) – Living area with 2 small sofas – Bathroom – Fully equipped kitchen – Private balcony Swimming Pool: Guests may use the shared swimming pool located within Pine Suites Tagaytay for an additional fee: – ₱150 per person (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) – ₱200 per person (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM) – Closed every Tuesday for maintenance Please note: – Payment is handled directly with the building admin (no cash payments) – Proper swimwear is strictly required – Non-compliance with pool rules may result in denied access Parking: Parking is available with the following options: – Paid parking inside the building (~₱400+, subject to admin availability, payment directly to admin) – One free off-site parking slot located at Diokno Compound (approx. 3-minute walk from the building) – Additional off-site parking available at ₱350 per night (advance reservation required) Common Areas: Guests may access the condominium’s shared spaces, including: – Lobby – Hallways and elevators – Outdoor areas within the property All common areas are subject to building rules. The place is very neat. I like the interior esp the kitchen, the kitcab’s profile is like my own kitchen in my condo. I like the clean coubterop and sleel design. The place is perfect for friends and lawschool buddies.

The host and co-hosts were all very responsive. We had an issue with the house lock and they were quick to respond with instructions. The host even went to the property personally to make sure we were assisted.

We really had fun staying here. Good for family staycation. If there are still available day, we would really want to extend our stay here in Pine Suites. The hosts are responsive and they gave clear instructions. ❤

Tricycles (Local Transport) – Available nearby for short distances within the area. Availability may be limited late at night. Ride-Hailing (Grab / InDrive) – Available but limited; best during daytime or peak hours. Public Transport – Buses from Manila pass along Aguinaldo Highway, which is a short drive from the property. Walkability – The area is quiet and residential, but not ideal for walking to daily essentials, so transport is recommended.
